Rule 24
Flags and Insignia
(1) The Commander-in-Chief shall use the flag as mentioned in Schedule-4.
(2) Soldiers of various ranks working in the Nepalese Army shall wear the insignia as mentioned in Schedule-4.
(3) The Principal Staff Officers (P.S.O.J.) shall determine the use of the flag by the Commander-in-Chief, Vahinipati and other commanders.
